Young Adult Diabetes Clinic
The transition from childhood to adulthood can be a challenging time for those with diabetes. The young adult diabetes clinic is designed to help to manage the specific problems encountered by this group. The clinic is run at the same time each week, and offers support from a full multidisciplinary team which includes doctors, diabetes specialist nurses, a dietitian and a clinical psychologist.
Referrals can be made directly via Choose and Book. Alternatively, referrals can be made via the RBH Contact Centre (Telephone 0345 900 7000 or Fax 0118 322 8208). Please direct referrals to:
Dr Hugh Simpson, Consultant Endocrinologist.
